The small house " Cala Petita" directly in Porto Cristo has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and has a capacity for 4 people.
The chic and fully equipped accommodation has 50 m² of living space and approx. 50 m² of terrace.

On the ground floor are the two air-conditioned bedrooms (cold/hot), one with 2 single beds (90 cm x 200cm) and the other with a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) and the modern bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
The air-conditioned living and dining room is adjacent to the open kitchen. The house is suitable for home office due to its fast internet connection, furthermore there is a 46" SmartTv with Astra satellite in the following language(s): Spanish, English, German), radio reception via TV. For your safety, there is also a safe.
The open kitchen with electric hob is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, iron/board, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee machine and Nespresso, toaster, kettle and juicer.

Upstairs is the fully furnished terrace with comfortable seating area, dining table with 4 chairs, brick charcoal barbecue, sun loungers and parasol.
