Description
The house in Alcudia, located directly on the sea, has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a capacity for 6 people. The Aucanada golf course is within walking distance.
The cosy and fully equipped villa has 160 m² living space and approx. 600 m² plot.
Ground floor:
The living and dining room adjoins the recently modernised open kitchen. The house is suitable for home office due to its fast internet connection, furthermore there is a 46" flat screen TV with Astra satellite in the following language(s): Spanish, English, German), radio. A modern bathroom with shower is located on the ground floor.
The modern, open island kitchen with gas hob is equipped with fridge with integrated freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, iron/ironing board, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer. Adjacent you will find a large terrace with dining table, sun loungers and parasol and direct sea view. Here you can relax in the evening with a glass of wine while enjoying a good meal.
Upper floor:
Upstairs are the four bedrooms, one with 2 single beds (90 cm x 190cm) and the others each with a double bed (135 cm x 190 cm and 2x 150x190 cm) and a bathroom with shower and a hairdryer. Some of the bedrooms have access to the second terrace which is also equipped with seating. A baby cot is available free of charge upon prior request. Fans (summer) and electric heaters (winter) are available on request.
Outdoor area:
In the garden there is a charcoal barbecue, sun loungers and parasol. There are various seating and lounging options so that everyone can find their spot to relax.
Extras:
Bed linen and towels, 1 free baby cot and 1 high chair, electric heaters and fans depending on the season and by appointment. Parties and celebrations are not allowed.

The accommodation is located in the small urbanization Aucanada, which belongs to the municipality of Alcudia. Alcudia is famous for its kilometres of sandy beaches and the pretty old town with its historic walls. Every year in May, Alcudia hosts the Ironman. Nearby you will find shops, bars, cafés and restaurants. The house is located directly on the sea with rocky access and only 500 metres from the golf course. The bay of Alcudia with its beautiful sandy beach is about 1.5 km away.

Please also have your identity card or passport ready. Check-in 4 - 10 pm, check-out until max. 10 am. The minimum stay is 5 nights. Shorter occupancies on request and with surcharge.
