We present a beautiful holiday flat on Avenida Pedro Mas y Reus, in Puerto Alcudia, Mallorca. This accommodation has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and can accommodate up to 4 people, making it perfect for a family with children, couples or friends.
The flat with a furnished balcony has an area of approximately 72 m² and is fully equipped to offer a comfortable stay. It stands out for its incredible view from the 8th floor over the entire bay of Alcudia. The flat lives up to its name, La Panorámica, because on sunny days (and most of them are) you can see from Puerto Pollença to Colonia Sant Jordi and Betlem.
Thanks to the stable and strong fibre optic internet access, you can stay longer in Mallorca and work from your home office. There are 3 air conditioning units (hot/cold) throughout the accommodation, making your stay comfortable all year round.
The open kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery and kitchen utensils. There is also a filter coffee machine for freshly brewed coffee every morning.
The modern bathroom with shower is equipped with a washing machine. There is also an iron and ironing board, a safe with key and a locker.
There are three fans and mosquito nets in one of the bedrooms to ensure comfort on the hottest nights. There is also a 55" TV with DVD and Smart TV with satellite channels (languages: Spanish, English, German and French) and the possibility to connect to your accounts on Netflix, Prime, etc.
The building has a communal pool and a children's pool, a tennis court, a communal garden, garden furniture and a terrace, the plot of about 10,000 m² is fenced. It has a lift, ramps for people with reduced mobility, tumble dryers and washing machines for a fee and free public parking nearby.
The location of the flat is ideal for those looking for a residential area with all amenities and perfect for children. There are shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Only 650 metres away is the fantastic sandy beach of Playa de Alcudia, ideal for those who want to enjoy the sea and the sun.

From the booking date until 61 days before check-in, cancellation would have a penalty of 20% of the total price of the rent.

- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.

- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Refund of security deposit to the credit card 24/48h after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
- Energy costs. The electricity consumption is charged separately at €0.35/kW. On the departure day, the amount will be subtracted from the deposit paid at the destination.
